I started with the disclaimer and jumped right into the warm-up. 5 head rolls right/left; shoulder rolls forward/back; potato diggers 10; inchworms into world’s greatest stretch right/left; three inchworms on your own and ended with each Pax member counting to 5 JJ.

We still had a few minutes left, so the pax picked Cardio to finish out the workout. Using half of the soccer field, we grapevine up/back, skipped up and back, and finished with walking backward up and back.

It was time to name our FNG. Heirloom’s nieces were visiting from Tennessee – their giggles and smiles were infectious. It was pretty difficult to come up with a name for Claire because she was pretty indecisive, so in the end, we named her Wishy Washy!

Ended with Nama-Rama.
