Mosey counter clockwise around the lake – stopping to bear crawl the bridge

7’s on the pier: Squats/monkey Humpers

Continue moseying around lake. 

Arrive back around at the street for 6 minutes of work. Start at box 1 complete exercise, run to next box complete the exercise, etc 

Box 1: 1 star jump 

Box 2: 7  blast off push ups 

Box 3: 7  lunges 

Box 4: 6 carolina dry docks 

Run back to first box; rinse & repeat

Mosey back to circle for abs 17 Heels to Heaven, 76 LBC’s
