December is here, so cue the Christmas themed workouts!

Warm-up: jog the pickle to warm up, followed by good mornings, toy soldiers, high knees, butt kickers and arm circles.

The thang:

There were 12 exercises with a “moving band” exercise between each to stay warm. We started with “1” or the First day of Christmas and worked up to 12 and followed the pattern of the song. 1; 2.1; 3.2.1; 4.3.2.1., etc. I’m sure that is clear as mud! 😉
