Today our workout was a 12 days of Christmas Sing-Along. I gave everyone a sheet of paper with a number  from 1-12. When it was their turn (day),  they would turn the paper over  where I had the exercise that we would be doing for that day.  Then it was time to sing.   Everyone would follow with singing their part of the song.  Yes – Singing was a requirement!

  1. On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me a PICKLE run.
  2.  Shoulder presses
  3.  Bulgarian Squats
  4. Snowballs
  5. Burpees
  6. Bicep Curls
  7. Pistol Squats
  8. Australian Snow Angels
  9. Jumping Jacks
  10. Renegade Rows
  11. Glute Bridges
  12. Big Girl Situps

We were running out of time so we have to combine Days 11 and 12.
