Warm up

The Thang: 45seconds of work 15second rest.  Breaks for cardio

Tabata:

Band around feet.  Bridge position march feet up one at a time

Band around feet.  Stand leaning on bench march feet up one at a time.

Band around thighs: Barn door open and close one leg at a time.  Bring leg up to 90degrees move to the side and back.

Cardio- 5 HC step ups on the bench or 50 jumping jacks

Tabata w/ weights:

Bicep curls

Tricep kickbacks

Shoulder press

Upright rows

Push ups

Cardio break: 5 HC snatches

Tabata:

Band around thighs: stand side kick left leg and then right leg

Band around thighs: standing kick back left leg then right leg

Band around thighs: standing rainbow kick left leg then right leg

Band around thighs: standing march

Cardio break: 5 HC step ups or 50 jumping jacks

4 minutes of moving water.

We had time to do the first round of tabata again.  Then we did standing abs- pax choice
