The Thang- 1 minute of each exercise with 20 second break in-between

Superman pull down band around arms over head then under chin

Full sit ups

Squat to should press

Deadlift with row

Single leg glute bridge switch at 30seconds

Dead bug

Clam Shell switch at 30 seconds

Single leg squat- use the benches to hold leg up- switch at 30 seconds

Tricep kickbacks

Snatch to march- switch at 30 seconds

Chest Press

Raggedy Ann’s

Bicep curl across chest one arm at a time to hammer curl

Once finished we moved onto booty work:

30seconds each move.

Left leg: Donkey kick, fire hydrant, laying leg lift, bicycle forward, bicycle backward, draw big circle clockwise, draw big circle counter clockwise

Right leg: Donkey kick, fire hydrant, laying leg lift, bicycle forward, bicycle backward, draw big circle clockwise, draw big circle counter clockwise

Try and stand up and feel the burn…

Arms- move water.  1 minute each move- move arms up, down, front back
