Disclaimer & standard warm up w/ a mosey around the pickle

The Thang: Recycled Fullback workout! 10 station w/ exercises written (1 on front, 1 on back) placed in parking spaces along one long side of the big parking lot. Mats go on the opposite side of parking lot, spread out in parking spaces

We pivoted to the shelter because of the weather – Q had 10 stations set up, Each Pax started at a different station, completed 1 minute of the exercise then completed 10 Big Girl Sit ups, moved to the next station, until all 10 stations + 100 BGSU’s were complete

After round 1 we ran the pickle and grabbed some water – then we lined our mats up, held plank and rolled the medicine ball between us both directions, then sat in boat hold, and passed the medicine ball between us, both directions.

Instead of doing round 2 of stations, Q picked an exercise from the ones we hadn’t done, and we completed a minute of each, followed by 10 glute bridges. We made it thru 5 exercises + 50 glute bridges.  Q wanted to get to 100 glute bridges, so we kept adding 10, then 10 more, then 10 more, then 10 more, then 10 more.

COT: There’s a story in the Bible about how Elijah prays for rain – Each day he prayed, each day his servant would go out and check for rain. For 6 days, nothing. But on the 7th day, Elijah’s servant saw a little cloud. And soon a heavy wind brought a horrific rainstorm. God may not answer prayers in the way or on the timeline you think He should, but he answers them. It’s up to us to look for the little clouds of hope along the way, which will help us remember his goodness & faithfulness in our lives in spite of the circumstances.
