Thang:  Partner up.  One partner runs the stairs while one completes exercise.  When back from stairs switch.

Exercises: Squats, Pushups, Side Lunge, Dips, Monkey humpers, Hillbillies, single leg oil rig

Ran back to the park- 4 minutes of arms= moving water up, down, front, back

25 LBCs, 25 leg lifts, 25 American hammers, 15 donkey kicks
