The Thang:

Go to shelter 3 exercises for a 15 count, 10 count then 5 count

Step ups (HC) 15

Incline push ups 15

Tricep dips 15

repeat again w/ 10 reps, then 5 reps

Arm set: 10 carolina dry docks, 20 hallelujahs, 30 shoulder taps, 40 plank jacks

run the loop

Leg set (w/ weights): 10 lunges(HC), 20 squats, 30 monkey humpers, 40 briges

run the loop

Ab set: 10 LBCs, 20 american hammers, 30 ab circles, 40 heels to heaven

run the loop

last set: 10 carolina dry docks, 20 squats, 30 ab circles
