Round 1: Jumping

10 Dorothy jumps/ 5 burpee w/ broad jump

20 Jump squats/ 5 burpee w/ broad jump

30 Jump lunges (EC)/ 5 burpee w/ broad jump

20 Heisman jumps (HC)/ 5 burpee w/ broad jump

10 star jumps/ 5 burpee w/ broad jump

Run the track 1/4 mile

Round 2: Arms

10 pushups/ 5 carolina dry docks

20 Tricep dips/ 5 carolina dry docks

30 Shoulder taps (HC)/ 5 carolina dry docks

20 Shoulder Knees & Toes in bear crawl pose/ 5 carolina dry docks

10 Peter Parkers (EC)/ 5 carolina dry docks

Run the track 1/4 mile

Round 3: Abs

10 ankle bitters (HC)/ 5 full sit ups

20 LBCs/ 5 full sit ups

30 Ab circles (circle legs to the right then left each side 30)/ 5 full sit ups

20 Heels to heaven/ 5 full sit ups

10 American hammers/ 5 full sit ups

Just enough time left to move some water!

1 minute each.  Arms out stretched thumbs up push your arms forward, switch thumbs down push your arms back, palms up move your arms up, palms down move your arms down.  4 minutes of fun!
