Thang: Tabata day.  10 exercises for a minute each.  20 second rest in between, use weights when you can.

Round 1:

Squats/ Overhead press/ Lunges/ Pushups/ Deadlift/ Upright Rows/ Monkey humpers/ Ab Circles/ Calf raises/ Tricep kickbacks

LBCs/ Bicep curl/ American Hammers/ Sumo squat/ Front and lateral side raises/ Full sit ups/ Curtsey lunges/ Shoulder taps/ Heels to heaven/ Hold plank

Right leg oil rig/ Left leg oil rig/ Narrow squat
