10 exercises 10 reps each then run both pickles.  We made it through 3.5 times.

10 Squat and should press

10 Full sit up

10 Lunge with bicep curl

10 Pushup

10 Single leg dead lift HC

10 Burpees

10 Skull crusher or kick back

10 Single leg bridge HC

10 American Hammers HC

10 Skaters

Run pickles and repeat
